We provide both in-person (discuss with our team directly) and telemedicine services in Alaska, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming.  We are currently enrolled with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, ChampVA, Medicaid AK & MT, Moda, Tricare, United Plans, and Self-Pay; this is subject to change, please check back soon for future insurance coverage or reach out to us at info@summit-pa.org as we are likely to enroll in all commercial plans.

At this time, we do not accept Medicare.
